2020:
Publication in SC Libraries Journal, article entitled, “Accessibility: Just Do It!”
by Savannah Gignac, Charleston County Public Library & Caroline Smith, South Carolina State Library. This article highlights how I founded an Accessibility Team for CCPL to identify and begin addressing accessibility issues in our libraries. Volunteers from diverse roles and departments participated in the teams so that together they could have a deeper impact. The teams made improvements from 2019-2021, and established a process to bring positive change to their organizations.
